Review by hotel critic
As a fashion photographer often navigating boutique hotels, my recent stay at the Rose & Crown was an enjoyable culinary adventure. The continental breakfast included a delightful spread of fresh fruit and freshly baked pastries, setting the tone for a pleasant morning. Even as a fan of cooking, I was impressed by the clever choices, including a tempting bacon roll option for those wishing for something heartier. The ambiance of the restaurant paired well with the quirky, character-filled décor of the hotel. Dining in such a distinctive setting captured my attention, merging comfort with style. After a day exploring the quaint charm of Godalming, I found the riverside walks divine.
